The Formal-Informal Paradox
Since my rededication to learning, I haven’t taken any classes or workshops … well, not yet. Searching the Internet, reading blogs that stimulate me to think and reflect, reading hardcopy-published materials as journals or a book, and having face-to-face discussions with other professionals have paved the way.
